How to Use the Shell Employee Keepsakes Website

The Shell Keepsakes website operates similarly to a standard retail website. The items are organized by category (i.e. style, price, gender, etc.) which can be used to narrow the search to find the perfect gift. When ready to purchase, simply click the “add to cart” button, proceed to “checkout options,” and follow the prompts. To take advantage of the “Quick Checkout” function, a personal credit card is needed.

Order Details

For convenience, the prices of these hand-selected keepsake items include shipping anywhere within the contiguous United States. Once an order has been processed, an order confirmation will be sent via email. Order status updates with specific information regarding the order, order status fulfillment, or other order details will be communicated via email. Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order. Orders will ship in 3-6 weeks from receipt of the order. Information regarding returns and defective merchandise can be found on the warranty page.
